CM Traveling Notary
The Challenge
Christina Orshansky’s CM Traveling Notary serves Greater Philadelphia as a licensed, bonded mobile notary—real estate, POA, medical directives, wills, and more—at the client’s home, office, hospital, or assisted living. The business ran on referrals and phone calls. People searching for a traveling notary needed a clear, trustworthy place to understand the service, see pricing, and request a quote without another round of “what do you charge / do you come to me?”
The site had to feel professional and human — seniors, families in hospitals, and real-estate timelines all show up in the Google reviews — while still converting zip-code and document-type traffic into quotes and calls.
What we focused on:
- Immediate trust — licensed, insured, bonded in Pennsylvania, Bucks County based, 5.0 Google reviews on the hero path.
- Mobile convenience as the product — “we come to you” had to be the story, not a footnote under a generic notary template.
- Quote without friction — document type, zip, transparent travel fees from Feasterville-Trevose, and a phone/text path for same-day needs.
What we did
We designed and built cmtravelingnotary.com as a fast, local-service site: pink-accent branding, line-art warmth, and a quote widget on the first screen so visitors can start with document type and zip instead of hunting a contact form.
What shipped
- Service map — real estate, legal, financial, medical, POA, wills & trusts, business, and other notarizations, each explained in plain language.
- Transparent pricing — $5 per signature (PA law), mileage bands from Feasterville-Trevose, rush/evening/weekend add-ons, and popular packages (POA, medical directive, will & trust, real estate).
- How it works + FAQ — three steps, ID rules, same-day availability, counties served (Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks), and a legal disclaimer that she is not an attorney.
- Proof and conversion — Google review carousel, Christina’s photo and bio, click-to-call/text (267) 255-3176, and quote forms in the hero and footer.
The result is a local lead engine that matches how people actually hire a traveling notary: trust first, then schedule, with pricing they can check before they pick up the phone.
The impact
"Christina was super friendly, showed up right on time, and was really easy to work with!" — a 5.0 Google review featured on the site.
The site gives CM Traveling Notary a single, quote-ready front door for Greater Philadelphia search and referral traffic—pairing Christina’s in-person reputation with mileage-honest pricing and same-day / after-hours availability.
Outcomes the page is built to support:
- Faster quote starts — document type + zip on the hero, plus packages for the jobs people actually book.
- Fewer pricing surprises — signature fee, travel bands, and premium add-ons are published before the appointment.
- Trust for high-stakes visits — reviews about hospitals, seniors, and assisted-living paperwork sit next to licensed-and-bonded proof.
