Overview

The Challenge

Front Row Live is a New York–based luxury sourcing concierge—the antidote to “sold out.” Founder Jennifer Nisan built global demand by personally hunting rare bags, shoes, watches, and jewelry while coordinating trust, speed, and white-glove delivery. The business had strong word-of-mouth and press mentions, but the brand needed a centralized home that matched the prestige of its clients and as-seen-in coverage.

The challenge was telling a nuanced story (“nothing is ever sold out”) without sounding gimmicky—and turning Instagram DMs and referral traffic into clear next steps (contact flows, FAQs, sourcing education) instead of fragmented one-off chats.

Key friction:

  • Luxury credibility has to hit instantly—layouts, typography, and imagery couldn’t feel template-driven.
  • The sourcing process is conversational; we needed structured content that explains what to submit and timelines without burying Jennifer’s voice.
  • Mobile-first clientele needed fast load, obvious CTAs (DM @frontrowlive, submit a request), and trust signals journalists and first-time shoppers expect.
Our Solution

What we did

We collaborated with Jennifer to translate her concierge playbook into an editorial, mobile-first Next.js site that reads like a boutique studio—not a generic DTC template. Messaging leads with Nothing Is Ever Sold Out, then grounds the promise in biography, sourcing categories, FAQs, and direct paths to inquire.

What we shipped

  • Hero + narrative positioning: above-the-fold story, concise value prop, and dual CTAs to Instagram DM and sourcing requests.
  • Press & credibility band: “As Seen In” treatment reinforcing legitimacy for press, partners, and new clients verifying the founder's footprint.
  • Service architecture: step-by-step “how sourcing works,” category highlights (bags, shoes, watches, jewelry), and expectation-setting FAQs.
  • Performance & SEO primitives: static-friendly build, OG/social previews, descriptive metadata, and copy tuned for branded + long-tail concierge queries.

The result is a site that behaves like Jennifer’s storefront online: authoritative, personable, and easy to continue the conversation wherever the customer already hangs out.

Results

The impact

"This finally feels like the brand clients expect when they come from Instagram or referrals—elevated, clear, and easy to trust," Jennifer said.

The new Front Row Live site sharpened positioning for high-intent traffic and gave every channel a single, polished destination to reinforce white-glove service.

Outcomes Jennifer’s team leaned on immediately:

  • Faster belief at first click — tighter narrative and FAQs reduced repetitive “how does this work?” back-and-forth.
  • Stronger press & referral handoffs — credible layout and sourcing detail made introductions feel enterprise-grade.
  • Clearer conversion routing — mirrored CTAs to DM and contact requests improved follow-through after social discovery.
  • Ongoing elasticity for inventory storytelling — structured sections meant new categories and drops could slot in without rewriting the core story.
